No, I can work around the equipment available to you if you'd prefer home workouts! However I'd highly recommend having the following equipment (eventually) so that you can get the most from your programming: dumbbells either in a range of weights or adjustable weights, and a variety of long and short resistance bands
No - I'm not a dietician, nor are meal plans helpful long term. The key to lasting results is understanding energy balance and basic principles of nutrition - all of which is covered in your Hub - rather than a cookie cutter meal plan
Not at all, it's not for everyone! But you should track your nutrition in some way because I can't help you with it if I don't know what it is - we can find a method that best suits you
Once you've applied and been accepted, you'll receive your sign up links. From there create your personal account on the Adapt app, fill out your onboarding form, then it's over to me to create your personalised program.
The first few weeks will be spent getting to know you better to truly tailor your coaching experience. The aim is create a balance with nutrition & exercise that suits your life, rather than trying to fit your life around strict expectations.
You will have weekly check ins with your coach and a monthly review call. Please reach out between check ins whenever you need support - we're in this together!
